26/11/2015 – EENA is very happy to announce that our annual publication 'Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in Europe', 2015 edition, is now available!

Perhaps the most anticipated publication all year, the document aims to illustrate the complexity of each national structure in terms of the functioning of PSAPs, and provides a clear idea of how the related framework in each respective country functions.

Similar to last year, the 2015 edition of ‘PSAPs in Europe’ includes forty (40) country profiles. More questions were added to include the topics of emergency apps, SMS service and quality of service.

We would like to sincerely thank the EENA network of emergency services and related public authorities for their generous contributions that made this publication possible.

Stay tuned: For the first time ever, EENA will publish the ‘Public Safety Answering Points in non-European countries’ during the first quarter of 2016, exclusively for EENA Members, with country profiles that will include Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait, Canada, and more…
