Iryna Kryvchenkova
Head of the Communication Centre Service 112 in Kyiv
Iryna Kryvchenkova holds a degree in Language and Literature from Mariupol State University.
From 2016 to 2017, Iryna worked as an operator at the emergency call centre for the Main Department of the National Police in Donetsk. She then served as a leading specialist in international police cooperation from 2017 to 2022.
Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the occupation of Mariupol, Iryna relocated to Kyiv in May 2022. In 2022, she was appointed shift supervisor of the Service 112 call centre at the State Institution "Infrastructure and Technology Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" (SI ITC MIA). By April 2023, she was promoted to Deputy Director and later, in April 2024, became Head of the Communication Centre 'Service 112' in Kyiv.
