All EENA webinars are FREE to attend and conducted entirely over the web with attendees registering their interest prior to the event.

Yes, EENA hosts live webinars that are later available on EENA YouTube channel for review.

Yes. No information about webinar participants will be shared with anyone. Questions asked during or before a webinar are anonymous. All contact information is kept strictly confidential as per EENA’s privacy policy.

EENA’s webinars vary based on topic. The length of the webinar will be clearly advertised on the events page.

Registrations are always opened couple of weeks in advance. You only have to click on the registration link provided on the webinar webpage!

The link to access the webinar is emailed out automatically to each individual person after they register. You have many options when it comes to joining webinars! In your registration email, you will find options to join either via your computer or by dialling in by phone.

At the bottom of this automatic email you can find link to ‘Add to Outlook/Google Calendar’. This creates an appointment in your Outlook calendar, saving the link in the body of the appointment. You can then simply open the appointment on the day and click the link to join the webinar.

You will also receive a reminder email the day before the webinar, with a joining link and the date/time. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to contact [email protected].

To access the webinar, delegates will need the following:

  • A computer (or phone for dial-in)
  • Internet Access (either cable or wireless)
  • Headphones or speakers
  • Test your computer a little bit in advance to make sure you meet the minimum technical requirements.

In case of any troubles please contact Amy Leete, EENA Communications & Press Manager at [email protected] or search the solution on the support website of Zoom.

Note: it is recommended you close all other windows and tabs while attending the webinar to free the system resources.

Yes of course. You will be able connect to the webinar by audio of your phone by dialing-in the number highlighted in your registration confirmation email. The number you will dial-in needs to correspond to the country you are calling from. For example, if you are calling from Poland, you will need the Polish number to call – which is to be found in the list of all the numbers available to dial-in. If the number of your country is not available, please contact Sanna Antila, EENA communication officer at [email protected].

No worries. Send us an email ([email protected]) and we can resend the instructions with the connection link easily.

While joining the webinar couple of minutes before the official start time, you will be placed in a ‘waiting room’ and there will be neither the sound nor the image until the official start of the webinar.

As an attendee, you are automatically muted and only the organiser can unmute you.

If you encounter any technical issues while logging in, try re-logging back in. If the problem persists please check your internet connection and/or your firewall settings as explained here

The webinar platform has multiple widgets available to enhance the interaction with the presenter or the organiser. You can always raise your hand, and one of the webinar organisers will get in touch with you, or simply write your question in the Q&A window.

You can either send your questions in advance to Sanna Antila, EENA’s communication officer at [email protected] or write them during the webinar in Q&A window. We only transfer topic related questions to the presenter and cannot guarantee that they will be answered during Q&A session.
