A GUIDE FOR MOBILE HANDSET MANUFACTURERS AND MOBILE NETWORK OPERATORS
Advanced Mobile Location (AML) is an emergency location technology that is transforming emergency response. Already deployed in several Austrian states, Estonia, Lithuania and the United Kingdom, many other countries are testing it with the view of implementing it in the coming months.
To facilitate its deployment, in 2016 EENA published the “Advanced Mobile Location – Specifications & Requirements” document.
We are now happy to present you the “Additional requirements and guidance for Mobile Handset Manufacturers and Mobile Network Operators”. The document includes requirements as they emerged from the live deployments in the UK and several other countries, as well as the tests ran during the HELP112 project.
