Yes of course. You will be able connect to the webinar by audio of your phone by dialing-in the number highlighted in your registration confirmation email. The number you will dial-in needs to correspond to the country you are calling from. For example, if you are calling from Poland, you will need the Polish number to call – which is to be found in the list of all the numbers available to dial-in. If the number of your country is not available, please contact Amy Leete, EENA Communications & Press Manager at [email protected].
No worries. Send us an email ([email protected]) and we can resend the instructions with the connection link easily.
While joining the webinar couple of minutes before the official start time, you will be placed in a ‘waiting room’ and there will be neither the sound nor the image until the official start of the webinar.
As an attendee, you are automatically muted and only the organiser can unmute you.
If you encounter any technical issues while logging in, try re-logging back in. If the problem persists please check your internet connection and/or your firewall settings as explained here.
