EENA is launching newly updated certification programmes for PSAPs and TPSPs, designed to provide even greater value and support.
The renewed programmes will be presented in two upcoming webinars.
14 October at 15:30 CEST: EENA Certification Programme for PSAPs
This webinar will present the PSAP Certification Programme’s renewed standard and process. The renewed certification is organised into three levels, each focusing on key technical and operational functionalities essential for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Originally launched ten years ago, the certification programme’s renewal was announced at the 2024 EENA Conference.
15 October at 11:00 CEST: EENA Certification Programme for TPSPs
This webinar will present the expanded EENA Certification Programme, covering a broader range of Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) than the current programme covering only eCall TPSPs. We will present the renewed standard based on technical and operational functionalities, explain the certification process, and highlight the benefits of getting certified. The certification programme’s objectives remain to provide a benchmark to measure the quality of service of the TPSPs, focus on both qualitative and quantitative metrics, and help validate the work of the TPSPs for 112 PSAPs and ministries and expedite the signing of collaboration agreements.
