Liana Musat

Liana joined the EENA team in September 2025, primarily contributing to EENA’s EU-funded projects and supporting the development of EENA’s conference programmes. Liana holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest and has more than 15 years of experience in emergency communications, having served in various roles within Romania’s 112 service – from call-taking to policy development. When she’s not researching ways to improve public safety, she enjoys exploring nature, reading and playing the piano.
