Toufic Saad is an accomplished ICT professional with extensive experience in public safety, disaster management, and emergency response systems. He currently oversees the ICT department at the Police Cantonale Valaisanne in Valais, Switzerland, where he leads the innovative ‘Under One Roof’ project. This initiative aims to consolidate all emergency response centers in the canton of Valais into a single facility, greatly improving coordination and operational efficiency.
Over the past decade, Toufic has held several pivotal roles. As the Global Sales and Marketing Director and Product Manager for Crisis Management, he played a key role in developing essential crisis management solutions for high-profile clients, including the French national police and the Police of Dubai. His leadership has been crucial in fostering product innovation and achieving operational excellence. Furthermore, Toufic is actively contributing to the evolution of public safety at a national level, showcasing his expertise in enhancing emergency response systems on a broader scale.
Toufic earned a Master of Law (MLaw) in Legal Issues, Crime, and Security of Information Technologies from the University of Lausanne and a Master of Science (MSc) in Communication Systems from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. He is currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies in the Conduct of Police Operations at Officer Level at Haute Ecole Arc in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
