The use of chatbots for non-emergency medical services in Lower Austria: 21 November, 2:30pm (Brussels time)

Since July 1st, 2022, Notruf Niederösterreich (Lower Austria, Emergency Command and Control Center) uses – with great satisfaction – a chatbot to handle non-emergency medical communications, including requests for patient transport and health consultations.
