3–4 December 2025 | Brussels, Belgium | Submit registration request here!

In December 2025, the European Commission will publish a proposal for the Digital Networks Act (DNA), a new legislation which is expected to reshape the future of telecommunications across the EU, replacing the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC). This event intends to review the EECC and debate on the main elements that will be debated in the DNA negotiations.

We will start the event with an overview of the EU legislations currently in force and what’s coming next, as well as the current regulatory context in Brussels. The day will continue with discussions on the future of caller location and how to ensure equal access for everyone. On the second day, we’ll discuss who should provide access to 112 in the future. The focus will then turn to the transition to packet-switched networks and NG112, looking at the opportunities, challenges, and what needs to be done to ensure reliability as legacy networks are phased out.

This will be a unique opportunity to hear from decision-makers and experts, while connecting with colleagues from across Europe who are all working towards the same goal: improving emergency communications for citizens.
