Implementation of Advanced Mobile Location: Technical Specifications published

Advanced Mobile Location is currently deployed and saving lives in 22 countries worldwide, with more expected to join in the next months.

A step further for its global implementation has been achieved with the publication of ETSI Technical Specifications for AML. The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) is the recognised regional standards body dealing with telecommunications, broadcasting and other electronic communications networks and services.
Accurate emergency caller location remains a key topic for EENA as we follow its implementation, especially after its inclusion in the latest European Electronic Communications Code.
