The EENA CrisisTech start-up virtual incubator is back and better than ever – if we may say so ourselves. We are happy to share with you exciting updates including the first wave of start-ups to join, official sponsors and the programme’s kick-off meeting!
CrisisTech – Where innovation meets public safety
A bit rusty on what the CrisisTech programme stands for? Here it is in a nutshell: The CrisisTech incubator is a start-up programme created and run by EENA. The virtual incubator will provide content and mentoring to start-ups from around the world active in the fields of emergency services, public safety and crisis management.
Start-ups joining the programme
We are happy to announce that the first wave of successful applicants has been selected. Ten start-ups will work together with EENA, top-level mentors and leaders from around the world to transform their innovative ideas and take them to the next level. Drones, IoT & wearables, Next Generation 112, apps, public warning, telemedicine, crowdsourcing. CrisisTech has it all… Welcome to all of them!
Facebook becomes official sponsor
And the exciting news just keep on coming: Facebook becomes an official sponsor of the programme! EENA wants to thank the Facebook team for the support.
Google to host CrisisTech kick-off
The kick-off will take place on 29-30 January at the Google offices in Brussels. Mark your calendars; social media will be buzzing. Start-ups will join mentors, EENA and everyone involved in the incubator to officially launch CrisisTech. A big thanks to Google for kindly hosting this key event!
