On the European Day of Remembrance of Victims of Terrorism, we commit to continue doing our small part to reduce the number of victims of terrorist attacks.
Less than 6 months ago, we marched in Brussels in honour of victims and in support of emergency services. Thank you to all those who joined us to demand with one voice to #MakeEUSafe.
How can we advance and increase public safety in times of emergency? In our EENA members workshop, rescuers from across the EU agreed that there are ways: modern public warning systems, effective use of social media in crises and other concrete steps towards a safer EU.
Our thoughts are with you and so is our work.
