Oscar, since 2020, coordinates the 9-1-1 Emergency Service in Mexico. Two of his main objectives are to strengthen staff capabilities when answering calls related to gender-based violence against women, girls, boys, and adolescents, as well as to improve staff's operational and working conditions.
