Emergency professionals and national healthcare systems often face weather-related emergencies. For some of these events, they can find solutions swiftly, but others can take them by surprise and require a lot more effort to find the right course of action.
How can a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) prepare for weather-related events that happen sporadically or fall outside the scope of a PSAP’s everyday responsibilities? How can a national healthcare system prepare, respond and recover from extreme heat and heatwaves?
In this webinar, we have heard from three leading experts about what goes into planning of such events and how we can be better prepared to deal with the unexpected.
