When embracing the future becomes possible for emergency services
There is only one thing we find more exciting than the beginning of the year – planning everything we want to achieve in the next months!
Save the date: 27-29 APRIL
Our new virtual event on “NG112 from theory to reality” will be one of our highlights for 2021!
When? From Tuesday, 27 April to Thursday, 29 April (every afternoon from 2.30PM until 4.30PM CEST).
Where? GoToWebinar (online platform)
As technologies continue to advance, more and more citizens expect to be able to reach the emergency services using modern ways of communication. This is where Next Generation 112 steps in. NG112 is about making it possible for emergency services to receive not just voice, but location information, real-time text, photos, video calls and other data in an integrated IP-based solution.
Our objective?
Fostering the deployment of Next Generation 112 – to both modernise how all citizens can reach help in case of emergency and to interconnect emergency services.
Sounds like science fiction? Not anymore! Let us show you how the roll-out of NG112 technology has started to become a reality in Europe and beyond.
During 3 consecutive afternoons, this virtual event will explore:
- What NG112 is and why it is needed
- The value of NG112 in real-life environments with concrete use cases
- The challenges faced and solutions found in the implementation of next generation emergency communication systems, including regulatory and budgetary needs
Who is this event for?
The event is free of charge and open to all, including public authorities in countries, telecommunication regulators, emergency services PSAPs, solution providers and also EU officials & stakeholders.
We will come back to you with more details on the programme and registration process in mid-February, but for now… Save the Date!
