The European Emergency Number Association (EENA) is pleased to announce that Verisure (Senior Protection) has been awarded the EENA TPSP Certification. The Certification was awarded at the EENA 2026 Conference & Exhibition in Riga, Latvia.
Following an extensive audit programme, this certification recognises the organisation’s commitment to providing high-quality emergency response services and its role in supporting customers through third-party service provision. The certification is awarded for a period of three years and is reviewed annually during this time.
EENA has developed a unique standard to improve the overall provision of third-party emergency services across the EU. The programme allows TPSPs to benchmark themselves against standard specific to their mission and rewards those committed to delivering high-quality services.
